The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem, but still not a good sign.as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore.

They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar.basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there.
I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it.
